Last night, before I went to bed, I decided to check on James one last time. I was a little bit startled when I opened the door and found what I did. If you listen really, really closely you can hear him snoring. It's only a 30-second video and my kid is exceptionally cute, so go ahead and press play. And as an added bonus, you'll get to revel in my husband's manly voice.
He never even made it past the first page of that book. And yes, I promise that the child has a bed. I know that many of you disagreed, but let's just file this away as further proof that managing a three-year-old is undeniably similar to managing a super-affectionate friend who's had one (or four) too many.
My goodness, even the way he breathes is cute.
Oh my gosh Amy, he is so cute! I love when kids do stuff like that. Makes it all worth it. When they are asleep they are so cute and QUIET! I love it!
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, I do get lots of stares w/the triple jogger! LOL. It doesn't fit thru doors, so I have to keep it on the front porch. I think most people think I'm nuts, like why don't I have at least 2 of them in daycare full time even if I do stay home? Really, what's wrong w/me?! LOL
Ok, I have to comment again. To be honest, I commented before I watched the video. Jared's voice is SO MANLY. LOL. I was cracking up at that b/c you mentioned it in your post. Love you guys!
ReplyDeleteAmy,
ReplyDeleteKids can be so cute at that age. I remember when my oldest was 3 and I found her asleep in the dog bed.
That's the cutest stinking thing. Ever.
ReplyDeleteThe snoring must be part of your "mental scrapbook" because I listened. Hard. And I didn't hear anything. -- But James was quite cute. My 4-year-old (I'm sure she just wanted to check him out) was hoping that your picture on your last post would be a video too. "Click on that one, Mom. Click it!"
ReplyDeletecute....at first i thought he was praying....but alseep on a book is just as cute...love it
ReplyDeleteThat's so cute! That must be a really good book.
ReplyDeleteHe is sooooooo cute!!! That is just the most precious thing!!
ReplyDeleteWhy can't I see the video? Waaaaa.
ReplyDeleteI miss him...send him down on the Fung Wah!xo
ReplyDeletedo NOT send him on the Fung Wah...
ReplyDeleteThat's just too adorable. Can't hear any snoring, but my "Awwwww"s probably drowned him out.
ReplyDeleteok ok upgrade him to Peter Pan bus..after all it is the one I use!
ReplyDeleteI get sleepy when reading too.
ReplyDeleteFunny, but I think those are the same jammies my son was wearing when he fell asleep under a foot stool one night (he tends to spend the first half hour of bedtime getting out of bed and wandering around the house - sometimes we just give up fighting with him because he does give up and go to bed). Those dinos must have some sort of sleep-inducing powers!
ReplyDeleteToo cute!
