I'm Not Boring, Day 2: The Blue Sweater

September 1, 2011

Okay, so maybe the blue sweater is a little bit boring. But wait, it gets better. I bought it two Thursdays ago at Target, and so far, I've worn it ten out of the last fourteen days:

That's not a joke, that's not an exaggeration. Even Jared, the man who doesn't know the difference between the green and yellow Crayola crayons noticed the serial sweater-wearing. The man still can't wrap his mind around what makes a skirt a skirt and a dress a dress, but he knows that the blue sweater has gotten completely out of hand.

I'm not planning to stop this behavior. Not planning to wash the sweater, either. I have a testimony of the blue sweater.

Amen.

Super cute... but it's cool enough there already to wear a sweater every day??

I was going to ask the SAME thing Mindy. :)

I've been completely sweating my balls off. There have been days where I wear my sweater by the pool while everyone else is swimming.

When you find a good sweater that covers your middle section without making you look pregnant, you hang on to that thing and never let it go! I like it.

Ha! At least it's way cuter than my blue sweater, which I have worn most days of every year for the last 20 years! Watch out. You might become as boring as me. Nope. Never happen.

I bought the barn red version of this sweater at Target the other day. I live in Texas and am waiting desperately for the day when it's not a 109 degrees so I can wear it.

We had a "cold front" (yes I used quotation marks because it only got down to 89 yesterday) move into North Texas on Sunday. Last night, it made it down to 57. I wore my red sweater today and thought of your blue one. Stinkin' comfortable. I may wear it every day. ;)
