Miracle of Miracles

May 21, 2008

I really don't know what my husband has done to be graced with such fantabulous karma. But I do know that I must be married to a very, very, very good man.

Behold the beauty:

I like Hydrox at least as well as Oreo. And I like "No-Stuff". I try to separate 2 cookies without breaking them. Then I put the 2 frosted sides together so someone gets a double stuff and I get a no stuff!

So how long did the miraculous Oreo last?

It took all of Jared's self-control to wait through the photo shoot that lasted all of 80 seconds before eating that oreo. I can attest to the veracity of this photograph as I was there. :) I nearly snatched that thing from his hand. Although, now that I reflect back on it, that wouldn't have been a good idea...

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I like the ebay idea, but then you can't eat it. Have you had the chocolate-covered mint oreos? Divine.

Yeah, Patti beat me to it about our Dad and Hydrox. Didn't they stop making them? Or just mini ones called 'droxies or something like that?

Now I want some oreos and milk!!

Wow, this is totally freaky. I swear that a few days ago I was reading a report on how Oreos are the #1 bestselling cookie in the world, and they have a special version for the Chinese market - it's a waffle cookie.

Anyway, the thing is, it stuck with me because frankly, Oreos are not what I would buy at all at if I wanted to get cookies at the supermarket. I would only eat them if there is nothing else sweet and I'm desperate. My Dad loves them, though, so he's cool that way.

Vanilla is right. You should have sold the cookie on Ebay. :)
